It should come as no surprise that one of the most unique events I've ever worked at was for one of the world's largest corporations. For McDonald's biannual worldwide conference I brought the added value that included becoming the impromptu administrator of local asset sharing, tips and trick sharing for a more efficient process, and technical liaison to the onsite team.
We ran such a tight ship that I even had time to create an automated process to catalog each and every asset used in over 400+ slides, each asset's location in the presentation deck and where on the the media server it resides.
